I see the kitchen as the heart of the home. The kitchen sees it all, our highest and lowest moments. We gather as a family and we laugh, cry, celebrate, have deep discussions, get silly and dance, and even have disagreements. All of these things have one thing in common, we are together as a family. So in these moments that we are celebrating or may be in need of comfort I believe it is important to have the right meal to accommodate the occasion. To help us prepare our loved ones favorite cake to celebrate their success or a favorite casserole to comfort them after a bad day it takes the right tools in the kitchen. I hope these tools will be looked at as memories of the time we have shared as families.
